EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS |
New business to business experience required; 2 or more years preferred with ability to penetrate new business categories. Strong understanding of lead generation, CRM and account management. Cultivation of long standing client relations. Media sales background preferred not required. Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/ Intranet). Responsibilities include configuration, support, and
troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers and switches. Day-to-day tasks will include setup and configuration of new workstations, managing user accounts in Active Directory, monitoring performance of servers and server applications, routing maintenance, handling phone system issues and resolving daily trouble tickets. Will also assist the Chief Engineer with issues related to computer-based digital studio system such as OPX and Axia digital audio management. Must have exceptional communication skills. SKILLS |
Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems
(legacy through Win 7). Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications. Competent under- standing of TCP/IP networking and services (DHCP, DNS, WINS). Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server and Active Directory. Experience assisting remote users in a Helpdesk environment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years experience troubleshooting computer hardware and OS issues. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required. responsible, outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly individuals to represent the radio station at various promotional events in the Savannah area. This position involves setup and performance on-site at station appearances in the community. You will be expected to converse comfortably with the public in an outgoing and friendly manner. Assist and work for all 6 Cumulus Broadcasting Savannah stations and events. Other responsibilities include driving promotional vehicles; setting up and running audio and other types of equipment, hanging banners and other staging elements. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors at any time. |
